Positive Alcohol/Drug Testing Assessment
When an employee has a positive test or refuses to be tested or has one of DOT’s other violations, DOT requires the employer to immediately remove that employee from safety-sensitive functions. Any individual who has a positive alcohol or drug screen in a safety sensitive job under DOT rules and regulations is required to see a qualified SAP professional for an evaluation. True Outreach will help employers and employees understand the specific steps of the return-to-duty process and promptly schedule the employee for a SAP evaluation.
Unfortunately, an individual may become involved in a social or legal situation in which it may be required of that person to have an alcohol and/or drug assessment completed. Whether it is a possession charge, underage drinking, public intoxication, etc. we are able to provider an assessment to possibly assist you in your legal situation.
True Outreach is available to provide an Assessment to individuals that may be involved with a legal matter, occupational/work situation, school incident, or even to satisfy the requirements for some probationary matters. Some examples of possible situations in which a Substance Abuse Assessment could possibly be needed, are provided on the "About Us" page.
Alcohol and/or Drug Classes/Treatment varies from person to person, depending upon the use of the substance in quantity and quality, duration of usage, health complications and the social needs of the individual. The treatment process is undertaken in stages with the active involvement of the patient and his/her family members(if desired by the client). Individuals attend individual and/or group session for a recommended amount of time. Sessions address attitudes, behaviors, and lifestyle issues around substance use. Individuals also receive case management services to provide links to other needed services.
Classes or treatment services are offered 2-3 times a week at the Wake Forest and our Raleigh locations.
Our goal is not to eliminate your anger, but rather to get you to recognize your emotions and anger so that you become proactive in dealing with environmental triggers and cues. We will utilize an evidenced-based program that focuses on rationalizing your thoughts, self esteem, effective communication and much more.
Once you have completed an assessment, you may participate in the anger management program that can be delivered in 8 sessions.
We strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible. In our efforts to achieve this, we have dedicated financial officers, in which to assist in managing the financial circumstances that may be associated with your situation.
Please feel free to contact us via email or telephone, to ensure that payment arrangements are feasible for your situation.
